Service Description
Hire Chef Horatio Alexander for a full day (i.e., 8 hours). Meals can be prepared offsite or at your residence. Available for travel including boat and private plane services. Ingredients are included in the price. Parties of 10 or more persons will receive pricing for our catering service. We offer Caribbean fusion cuisine and cater to all diets including alkaline, keto, kosher, paleo, pescatarian, vegetarian, and vegan. Complete the booking form for a customized quote. Allow up to 72 hours to receive your customized quote. Bookings are not guaranteed until a deposit is paid. We require at least a 25% deposit for all services. The deposit must be submitted 10 days after booking to avoid cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your booking, contact us no later than 48 hours before the service is due. For certain services, you may forfeit your deposit for last-minute cancellations.
