Service Description
Plan your dream destination wedding with our Certified Weddings & Events Planner. This all-encompassing service includes wedding design, vendor sourcing, relationship management, full coordination for all events attached to the wedding, and the peace of mind you need to make your big day that much more special. For all weddings, we recommend booking at least three months or more in advance to secure availability. On occasion, we may be able to accommodate couples who need partial wedding planning. Before confirming your booking, we will schedule a consultation to ensure that we are the right fit for each other. Note that we will charge a small fee for the consultation. Once we decide to move forward with the service, a contract will be drafted, and a 25% deposit will be required to begin services. Deposits must be paid at least 14 days before the service begins. Booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
Cancellation Policy
Before booking our Day-Of Coordination, Partial, or Full Wedding Planning service, we require a consultation to ensure that we are a right fit for each other. Your booking will not be confirmed until this consultation is completed and both parties agree to move forward with the service and a deposit is submitted. We understand that plans change. Due to the nature of weddings, we may be unable to accommodate partial or full refunds depending on when you cancel or reschedule the wedding. Therefore, we encourage you to remain in touch with us every step of the way so that we can keep you informed of all potential risks should you have to cancel.
